The Bystronic ByBend Smart E CNC bending machine is the next generation of sheet metal bending machines, using electric drive instead of traditional hydraulic systems. With bending forces ranging from 35 to 55 tons and bending lengths from 1,050 mm to 1,550 mm, the ByBend Smart E effectively handles both small parts and medium-sized sheet metal. The X, R, Z, and Y axis systems operate at high speeds with positioning accuracy of 0.05 mm for the X/R axis and 0.01 mm for the Y axis, ensuring stable repeatability across each bending path. Ergonomic design with a foldable front support table and pneumatic clamping system significantly reduces mold change times, providing flexibility when switching between different orders.
