Vertical Machining Center Series SVB

The SVB series is a newly designed machine line by SINO in cooperation with a Taiwanese company. The design concept, assembly know-how and testing methods all comply with Taiwanese machine standards. The machine uses a vertical frame layout, the column is fixed on the bed, the spindle box moves up and down along the column (Z direction), the slider moves along the bed (Y direction), and the work table moves horizontally along the slide structure (X direction). All three axes use linear guidance, using rolling friction instead of sliding friction, allowing for faster movement and achieving high speed and precision requirements. The spindle can achieve stepless speed change within its speed range and is controlled by an encoder built into the motor to achieve spindle orientation and hard tapping function.
